Refund and Return Policy

At mymaa, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on products returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the returned product is in the same condition as it was sent out and meets our quality standards, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Return Policy
